Took nearly six weeks and endless chasing by me to get a refund. All of the staff seemed willing to help but somehow there didn’t to be any liaison or sense of urgency. Whilst times are difficult they were nowhere near meeting their own target of refunding in 10-14 business days.

Ordered a replacement laptop battery from the parts store in early September. Wanted an original manufacturer part despite the higher cost. Battery was shown as “in stock “ but after placing the order I was given a delivery date of mid- January 2021! An exchange of emails with the parts store advised me that the order was “restricted “ but they hoped to bring the delivery date forward!
Eventually the part arrived 5 weeks after placing the order and works fine. Why show parts are “in stock “ when clearly there are delays to deliveries?
