Brilliant experience so far

Had a very positive experience going through the sign up & sales with Tim, who couldn't have been more helpful. Installation took place yesterday - Dan did a fantastic job in overcoming the challenge of finding the elusive ducting and also checking that the promised fibre speed was being provided. Struggled to refund promptly

Took nearly six weeks and endless chasing by me to get a refund. All of the staff seemed willing to help but somehow there didn’t to be any liaison or sense of urgency. Whilst times are difficult they were nowhere near meeting their own target of refunding in 10-14 business days.

We're sorry to read about your circumstances, this isn't the type of experience that we strive to provide to our Members. Our target time of 10-14 working days is what we aim to achieve when refunds are arranged. If the refund type is a cheque, this can sometimes take around 3-4 weeks.

Replacement laptop battery order

Ordered a replacement laptop battery from the parts store in early September. Wanted an original manufacturer part despite the higher cost. Battery was shown as “in stock “ but after placing the order I was given a delivery date of mid- January 2021! An exchange of emails with the parts store advised me that the order was “restricted “ but they hoped to bring the delivery date forward!
Eventually the part arrived 5 weeks after placing the order and works fine. Why show parts are “in stock “ when clearly there are delays to deliveries?
