Excellent service and advice

After various conversations and emails I was adviced on what equipment I needed to build the chimney for our woodburner to go through the roof of our house.
All equipment is of good quality and arrived within 3 days of ordering. I installed the chimney pipe myself and it work perfect, Many thanks for your help,

Unreasonable, unacceptable and rude conduct.

This company persists in calling me at a very busy time of my businesss. I have suggested to them to send me an email which up to now they have not done. They person on the phone has a strong Indian continent accent which makes him very difficult to understand. He has now called me 6 times in 10 minutes and does not understand the word NO. On the behaviour diplayed by this company I suggest: " DO NOT TOUCH" This review is ment to be one star: "1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct"
