Parcel containing Christmas present, fully insured, vanished. Parcel Monkey repeatedly refused to pay out insurance cover I took out for the items- and is STILL repeatedly asking for the same documents for the insurance claim (proof of non-receipt of parcel, value of item, proof of sending parcel) even though I sent all these documents over a month ago!! DISGUSTING. The only response I ever had from staff when I question this nonsense is 'we will get back to you' which they NEVER do. Do not use this service- they do not care about your post and have no intention of paying out the legally obliged insurance cover when THEY lose or damage your items.
