Having expressed an interest in products I then had to wait months for management to give permission to purchase them, and Office Reality were patient and understanding, even allowing me the initial discount when I had to reduce the quantity I eventually ordered. Polite, helpful and efficient.

great but..
Thought that the claim team could have let the hospital know the claim number rather than me having to ring them, especially as the hospital had already rung them this morning. Otherwise very polite and helpful;
