The end result was excellent but...

The end result was excellent. I am very satisfied with my business cards. However, it took a week, seven days for delivery. To be charged $17 for an item of that size and take seven days to get here is unacceptable. I contacted their customer service twice and on both occasions they told me my delivery was on time for Saturday, May 17th. I waited all day Saturday but to no avail. The business cards were finally delivered on Tuesday, May 20th.

Inordinate scheduling time

I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Ruwani Gunawardane, Neurologist, through your system. According to your system, there was no available dates until months away. I waited for months for this appointment as my symptoms worsened. Once I met with Dr. Gunawardane on October 3, 2022, she was dismayed at the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment and said if I had called the office directly to set an appointment, it would have been within a week.
