I have got RAC warranty cover and made…

I have got RAC warranty cover and made a claim for my Aircon pump the garage got the go ahead to fix the problem however I was still given a bill for£90 for a new belt and the cost of labour when I queried it the garage said that the belt isn't covered my question was well the belt whether old or new is part of the fix they pay£60 per hour labour but told the garage they would only pay for 1.8 hours leaving me out of pocket angry is not the word I would like to use

My daughters phone number has been…

My daughters phone number has been hacked and incurred call charges of over £90 called to alert them and told they could do nothing and won't refund the money. She is 15 and only uses her phone to call home and never goes over her limit.cancelled her account and now they are saying that I have to pay a cancellation fee. The numbers that come up after checking on Google say that it's a phone scam but still they won't refund the money.its a total disgrace and won't recommend 3 to my friends

We really sad to read your 1 star review Dominic 😥 The charges incurred sounds like they were from Payforit or Shortcode companies which Three would have no control over the charges if these numbers have been signed up to. We'd recommend getting in touch with the company themselves. If you do want to cancel you would be subject to a cancellation fee which would be in your terms and conditions. We hate that you've had a bad experience with us and we'd hate for this to put you off Three.
