Shocking service & disgraceful company. We paid (paid up front, not on credit) £900 for a washing machine and a tumble dryer that were supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. It was a nightmare to get through to Very and they wouldn't tell us which courier company was even being used to deliver them. Long story short, two missed delivery dates and we contacted the courier today to find out what is happening and it turns out they're still not even in the country, they don't get shipments until Friday or Saturday and that's before they even schedule yet another delivery. Joke of a company. First and last order with them. Will be getting my money back and ordering from a local company like we should've done in the first place.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very easy, quick and hassle free to get a valuation that I was very happy with, especially after being messed about by WeBuyAnyCar. The guys came out today right on schedule and looked the car over and were happy I'd told them all the correct things with the car and the bank transfer to my account went through shortly after. I was having some problems with my online banking and the guys must've waited for almost an hour for it all to go through. Great service from start to finish so they'll be my first port of call next time I'm thinking of selling a car.

Shocking. I wish I'd actually visited Trust Pilot first rather than only the good reviews they show on their website. Paid for Xbox Live TRY Gift Cards, over 24 hours later I still can't retrieve them from their AutoKey system. In the interim I contacted their support, received a copy/paste response then nothing until an Anti Fraud email came through. I responded to it immediately and another 24 hours later, my order is still showing as Pending. Can't cancel through their site so I'm just waiting until I can dispute it via PayPal. I've no faith whatsoever that this company are legitimate and the good reviews on here must be from friends or family of the owners who've never actually had the misfortune of pishing away their money via this complete scam of a website. Avoid like the plague.

Worked surprisingly well and easily. I selected my tablet from the list, was emailed a QR code, I put the tablet in an old Amazon box and went to the Post Office. They then scanned the QR code from my phone and gave me a receipt. Two days later, Music Magpie paid £185 straight into my bank account that I was able to use right away. Would definitely use again in future.

1 Star is too good for them. They randomly decided to change me from monthly payments to quarterly, without my knowledge nor consent. I've contacted them on at least 15 occasions between today and when this all started. They keep telling me it has been sorted and when I ask for a manager to look into it, refuse to do so. They close complaints without ever contacting you, never keep their word and randomly hangup or disconnect chats with customer services and never call or contact you back. I've had some bad experiences with companies before but BT are by far and wide the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with and to call their customer services that is an insult to customer services around the world. I've just decided that I can no longer be bothered banging my head against BT's customer service brick wall and I will not be paying them or contacting them ever again. Credit score be damned!!!
