I used Hello Neighbour to let my property for 2 years. They were great in finding me a tenant and sorting things out. I had a few property managers during the 2 years, however Josh Michels was incredible. He's exceptional at his job and was so good throughout the time he was allocated to my property. He's very assuring, responsive and professional. I'd highly recommend HN.

This is by the far the best Indian restaurant I have been to (Harrow branch). The buffet is amazing and the selection of veggie/vegan food and fresh juices is great. The staff are friendly and it's a great place.

Excellent company. Good quality wardrobe for a reasonable price. Delivery and installation were completed by Artur and Robert who were friendly and very efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

Very expensive. Cost £600 to fix a leaking outdoor pipe. The plumber himself was decent, but the company's charging structure is bad and not transparent. Was told call out fee of £89. When the plumber arrived, the company emailed advising the fee would be £295 per hour and an admin fee of 18%. The plumber had to isolate the tap and I have no issue with his work, he was pleasant to deal with. However the company has dishonest pricing structures and I wouldn't recommend.

Love Appliances Direct. AO.com used to be my go to for appliances, but Appliance Direct has not taken over. Very quick delivery, excellent emails and text updates and good customer services. Well done!

Great company - very reasonably priced, efficient and hard working. Did the job (3 bed house move, one person's belongings) in about 3 hours. Would highly recommend.

I used Yopa to try and sell my home and would not recommend it. Whilst cost-wise they are very good, it is also true that you get what you pay for. As such I am glad, I went with the no-sale, no-fee option which meant that I didn't have to pay anything when my house sale fell through.

The agent allocated to me was good and easy to work with. However she was not always the most responsive and sometimes texts and emails went unanswered.

My property is a popular area and as soon as it was listed people wanted to come and view. However this is really where YOPA needs to do better. It didn't appear to vet individuals before they were able to come and view and make offers (e.g. verifying financials, ID etc). This all seemed to happen later in the process after individuals had viewed and offered on the property. As such you do end up dealing with time wasters.

I ended up accepting an offer from someone who wasn't able to get a mortgage almost 2 months later. I was dependent on the sale to purchase my next property and the time being taken with the sale almost meant I ended up losing out on my purchase (not to mention fees I'd already paid out on). I am glad I went with my gut instinct and decided to pull out of the sale and go down an alternative route.

These things of course do happen in life, but whilst initially Yopa seemed to provide a very personal service, this did diminish once an offer had been received and accepted. I would say if you're thinking of using Yopa, use their no sale no fee option so you don't lose out on money if the sale doesn't happen. My friend had a similar experience with Purple Bricks and ended up losing £1,500. Whilst high street agent fees are very high, I feel they do work harder to see a transaction through to completion as it is in their interest to do so. They probably also have the resources and back office support staff to enable this.

Used McCallums to undertake a building survey on a home I was purchasing. Excellent process from start to finish with transparent and competitive pricing, good and clear report and a call from the surveyor to provide an overview of the survey. Highly recommend.

Had my laser eye surgery here today. I have a bit of an eye phobia but now wish I had gotten it done sooner. This place and its staff are amazing.

Went for a consultation following one at Optical Express and was immediately impressed by the care and time taken and that there was no pressure selling involved.

The cost of the surgery was very reasonable though I was unable to benefit from the £950 per eye offer as I have an astigmatism. Nonetheless it was still £2000 cheaper than what Optical Express quoted me!

Less than 24 hours after surgery my vision is more or less perfect and I can't believe how painless the whole thing was and how little pain I've experienced since. I am so pleased with Accuvision and the entire process.
