The worst customer service I ever see
The worst customer service I ever see. How they will deal now with my problem is more than hilarious: They simply block my account on the site because I make a negative comment on Google.
This guys simply dont understand how a fair business work.

Excelent service, the selection of stuff you find here is amazing... a real heven for "lé connaisseurs".
I have more than 3 orders with them, impeccable wrapping... even exaggerated sometime. I have most of my sharpening stones from them (nice shop selection)... the box it comes was huge... and every stone separately wrapped.
