Customer Services dept sometimes unhelpful and unreasonable.

6 September 2025: Mainly smooth transactions. However when things go wrong, as they did on two instances, the 'customer services' people are insufficiently trained and when it comes to refunds some are helpful, others not at all. It would help to have 'Senior' Customer Services staff for more complex issues that regular staff fail to deal with.(eg defective items within guarantee period). 24 September 2025: I just read your reply, which is at fault! I never mentioned May. I refer to the piping of a 'Crown Imperial Oxford Pillowcase, Red'. It came apart at the seams 8 months after purchase (was rarely used) and you claimed the guarantee had expired at 6 months. It took numerous emails to settle the matter.

Beautiful, overpriced, incompatible fabrics..

Beautiful but, the quality lets the Morris & co bedlinen down. The reverse fabric does not shrink as much as much as the front linen fabric, ( washed as recommended in a gentle cycle 40 degrees). So the back fabric, is always badly creased up. Not worth the price.

A reputable company with quality…

A reputable company with quality products and professional service that has suffered from their unreliable suppliers recently. The result is that some of their products are out of stock for weeks or months, so a customer cannot rely on them when a supplement is needed. I hope they will resolve their problem with their suppliers or choose more professional suppliers in the future.
