Don't trust them!

My driver was great, but this company is not to be trusted. The driver arrived at the wrong time, was told by the back office that I was lying (despite me showing him their email confirmation and him sending a screen shot of this over to them) and then informed me I had to pack and move immediately or they couldn't help! I was trying to juggle care of my baby, whilst desperately packing last minute. The whole experience was very stressful and unpleasant.

When I complained to the contact I'd used when booking they assured me they would look in to it, but I've heard nothing since, despite following up myself.

No apology, no refund offered - avoid!

Bad taste in the mouth!

I used to love these dips, but recently contacted their customer service to flag a bad experience and heard nothing back at all! The breakfast avocado I had - and paid £2.50 for - had a sizeable piece of avocado skin in, which made the product go off well before the use by date. I offered to send pictures and stated that I wasn't looking for a complete refund, maybe just a voucher for some money off my next product, but heard absolutely nothing from them. Bad form. I won't be buying anything from them again and have on order two Tesco smashed avocado products that I think will be just as good and are 50p cheaper!

Really excellent customer service

Really excellent customer service. I didn't get on with the starter razor pack but when I contacted Estrid not only did they reply almost immediately, but they refunded me straight away and let me keep the starter pack in case someone else might like it. I felt they handled things perfectly and will definitely be using them in future!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I signed up for a subscribtion, which has never worked properly (I couldn't log in online) and which they batted around their customer service team for weeks before offering me three free months. I accepted. However before those three months had started they debited another £65 from my account! It has taken me nine emails to get them to agree to a refund, which I still don't have, despite waiting the time they asked me to (ten working days). I am horrified and will never, ever use the Economist again. Suggest you steer well clear.

Our subscriptions are auto-renewing, which is stated on sign up and in the Welcome email sent to you. For a quarterly subscription, we take payment approximately ten days before the renewal date; this is so we can ensure that our subscribers don’t miss out on any issues, as if the payment was taken later and not successful, they could miss out on an issue as we are a weekly publication.

We do need to wait for a payment to clear before issuing a refund and this does take a number of working days for the funds to process into your account.

We apologise for any delay in processing your refund request. We are working on improving our website and cancellation process. You should now have received a further refund.

Really enjoying using Revolut

Really enjoying using Revolut. Many great features to the Metal account, including travel insurance and no fees for withdrawing money abroad. I travel a lot so these are great bonus features for me! I am still waiting for the airport lounge service to be activated, but that's my only gripe. Had an issue with contact in the payment section and the online chat help function worked perfectly and helped me to sort the issue straight away. I love the cashback incentives and the vault idea - I have saved nearly £200 already!
