I recently had my Accoya Plant House installed. I hadn’t seen one in the flesh but it’s exceeded my expectations. Dave and Tom arrived promptly, were both very friendly and in just over a day they’d installed the greenhouse and handed over the keys. Service has been great throughout, it’s early days but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cultivar. I’m looking forward to many years of use.

Reviews like this should provide some reassurance to new anyone who doesn’t get the chance to see one of our greenhouses before purchasing. Quality and service are the cornerstones of our business. I have no doubt you’ll enjoy your new greenhouse for years to come.
Avoid! Opening the account was straightforward and the app is clean and simple. However once funds for the business were deposited and I made payments out I was asked to justify all spending. Fine in principle, a little invasive and I’ve not experienced this with the other business bank I use but I uploaded all invoices and evidence of source of funds. At this point comms from Tide ceased, my funds are tied up in their system, invoices are mounting and I can’t remedy this. No response for 10 days, log a formal complaint and they give themselves 3, then 15 days to resolve. Its shambolic. Their use of bits to field questions, complaints etc is infuriating. Zero customer service. If you value your sanity look elsewhere. Running a small business is stressful enough without having to stress about hard earned money being held in the ether by a start up bank that values bots over service. Genuinely concerned as to whether I will get this resolved.

Great service thus far, designs completed in a timely manner and my requests for alterations were taken into account without delay. The drawings issued for my plumber are very clear and simple, I expect installation to go without a hitch.

Dreadful. Misleading information provided on the website about delivery schedule, this is followed up with an automated e-mail after purchase (and beyond the date you initially expected delivery) to say that they are experiencing delays. Over a week after I had been told this would be despatched the order is still not here. Multiple requests for cancellation and refund ignored.
Update: the response to my review is that they have no record of me, this despite me responding directly to their e mails to me about when delivery was meant to be scheduled.
