Scam. and you need to pay extra monthly for VCE player to even open the file. it will cost you around $300+ to even open. and monthly subscription starts

Hi, i have a feedback.

1. I updated the portal before the shipment arrived and choose the POP location.
2. Driver still delivered to the first address.
3. Driver put the parcel in the Letter Box.
4. I never picked up the parcel, the driver put in the letterbox; un-attended. which is un-acceptable. because i already informed that i have to arrange someone to pick the parcel.

Parcel is now delivered; but what if someone took it out from the letter box. where as i choose the option to deliver it to a secure location "POP Point"
