I was trying to renew a subscription and also order a new item. It was very difficult and confusing. I was able to reach the help dept and they corrected my issues. What an awesome company to deal with!!

Linens & Hutch is my new go to for sheets. They are unbelievably soft, pill-free, and easy to care for.

I LOVE Zenni. I’ve been buying my glasses thru Zenni for at least ten years. Nobody makes a better pair than Zenni. I’ve tried brick and mortar places and other online retailers...Zenni is the best in quality and price.

Update 2/28/19 still no contact from company on ‘escalation’. Don’t waste your time or money on this company...

The worst...odered 2 pair for myself thru a bogo offer. Rec’d and each pair had a different prescription in them. Contacted and they told me I ordered it that way, but would replace. Rec’d replacement and still wrong-axis is off on both pair and drill mounts are crooked. I’ve ordered glasses online from Zenni for 10 years so I know ‘how’ to enter my prescription. Customer Service is awful. Very dissatisfied.
