Serial Non-Deliverers and Refund Dodgers – Avoid at All Costs
Absolutely appalling company. This is the 4th or 5th time JustEat has failed to deliver parts of our order, and yet again, they’ve flat-out refused to refund us for food that never arrived. This time, my daughter went hungry because her Burger King burger was missing from the delivery—unacceptable doesn’t even cover it. We’re now out over £100 across multiple orders thanks to their consistent incompetence and blatant refusal to make things right.
The only reason we even bothered with JustEat this time? UberEats inexplicably won’t deliver Burger King to our postcode, despite it being close by, and JustEat supposedly does. Big mistake. They’re happy to take your money, but delivering what you paid for? Apparently optional. Their customer service is a joke—copy-paste excuses, zero accountability, and a shrug at your loss.
This isn’t a one-off; it’s a pattern. They’ve essentially turned non-delivery into a side hustle, pocketing cash for food they don’t bother sending. Save yourself the hassle and the hunger—use literally anyone else. JustEat deserves to be investigated, not your business.
