Disappointing Experience – Costly Mistakes
Received the wrong cupboards, missing rails, and an incorrect end panel. Lost a full day of joiner time (£250) and had to buy replacement rails and brackets (£100) myself. Also had to take time out to return and collect the right parts. Very frustrating and unprofessional – not what I expected. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
