Paid, got no response - didn't know if I was covered or not.
I paid online for immediate temp cover, got no confirmation, absolutely nothing by email or via the app which wouldn't recognise me at all. So didn't know whether I was covered to drive the car home. I emailed an urgent complaint asking for someone to phone me. No reply. Took my money though.

Online ordering was fine and product was fine, but no-one bothetred to notify me that it had arrived at the CEF store in Ashford. I had to go there and ask the day after it was due.
