O2 used to be an amazing company
o2 used to be an amazing company that provided great service and an account manager when you needed some support. I've been with them for 15 years + and I have to say in the last few years, the service has gone right down, maybe because they have merged with another awful company: Virgin Media!
As an O2 business customer, you cannot speak to customer service easily. You will go around in circles trying to find a contact number or a way to speak to a human.
They don't tell you if you miss a payment, so you only find out when they block outgoing calls on your phone.
You can't call them using 8222 as your phone is barred from outgoing calls, you can't make a payment online, there's no online chat, so unless someone calls you about your account, you have to go to a phone box or use a friend's phone to contact them...when you eventually speak to someone, you have to start a new direct debit, absolute rubbish!!!! will be moving when contract is up!
