Easy delivery with download. Wanted standalone sharpen AI but continued to install as PS plug in. Works, but frustrating. Other than that, software is working fine.

Artisan did a masterful job of replicating my print as I desired. The box that it was shipped in had two holes in it, not the fault of Artisan HD, but rather that shipper FedEx. Despite that, Artisan ensured my framed print was packaged for such issues and it did not have a scratch on it. Process from start to finish was very easy. One thing I would like to see are more updates during the process to keep the client informed. Otherwise, excellent prints rendered every time and I will use again.
