Just completed a house sale through Brearleys Cleckheaton and I can’t recommend the conveyancing team enough. I transferred to them as I wasn’t happy with the solicitors my estate agent recommended & I’m so pleased I did. Rachel was just fantastic & her team (thank you to Leah) provided us with such an excellent service from start to finish, easy & stress free keeping us informed throughout. Don’t hesitate to use them.

Absolute rubbish. I don’t recommend. I’m in the process of selling. It’s been a total frustration & I feel very badly let down by the staff at Reeds Reins Ossett. I have no idea what they are doing for their commission as it’s always me that’s chasing & trying to get things moving, I’m always getting the answer machine & I very rarely get calls back. It would be a very big review if I went into the nitty gritty of the problems due to their lack of effort. Communication is RUBBISH, the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. They didn’t keep on top of our first sale & we lost alot of time because of them. The second sale is on with & again they haven’t done anything. We’re 3 months into a sale that was supposed to take a month & it’s because they don’t chase things up or communicate with you. I complained by email to the manager laying out their negligence with the first sale. One of the members of staff agreed with my comments on the phone but the manager never responded. I rang twice for a response to my email…nothing. I’ve screenshot all the calls & you can see from my call log that they don’t get back to you. I emailed asking for a response to my complaint & it wasn’t barely a response just a couple of lines of nothing. I’m so so frustrated & fed up of doing all the leg work myself. Very disappointed. I was about to pull out of the sale & move somewhere else as I’d had enough & then they finally did something, however since then I’ve had nothing & yet again I’ve had to chase.

Proceed with caution. Had a bad experience with this company. Read the bad reviews & also read the terms & conditions returns policy before you buy, unless you actually go into the returns section it’s not clear anywhere prior to purchase that your item may not be refundable.

Booked Villa Can Musenya in Ibiza through the vrbo website. THINK TWICE before you book this villa. £3500 deposit lost. I knew there were no refunds on booking however there’s a section on the villa’s page that says ‘instead of cancelling request new trip dates’ it’s displayed a number of times. The way it’s displayed it looks like it wouldn’t be a problem to move the date so thought I’d still book as I’d be able to change the dates. The owner flatly outright REFUSED to move the dates. I feel the whole ‘change the dates’ information is classic misrepresentation. It looks like it will be no problem to move the dates and makes you feel safe to go ahead & book. On top of this the owner got really nasty when I contacted him. Horrible experience. On VRBO’s terms & conditions they put all responsibility on you & the owner to sort it out, it makes them about as much use as a wet blanket.

Wish I could have written a good review. I was looking forward to these as I’m diabetic & they would have been perfect. We didn’t like them. I can’t get my head around all these great reviews! They taste synthetic & they’re very tiny, bite size, which would explain why they are so low in calories. The donuts were a bit hard & don’t taste like donuts. Gutted as I was looking forward to the donuts the most. The sketched product sizes against the packaging on the website is VERY misleading particularly the meringue cookies.

Excellent coffee, excellent service. Can absolutely 100% recommend.
