You are offering a superior product at a fair price. Your website is easy to navigate, ordering is straightforward, simple and there aren't any hidden charges. Outstanding job, the only possible improvement would be to offer more heights, but that's a stretch...you can always just pound it in further.

The sealers and other products made by Stone Technologies are second to none. I have used their products exclusively for several years now and have never been disappointed in the results. I recently started using their dye, which also has proven to be a superior quality product. My only complaint is with shipping...I have a lot of orders which arrive compromised, others not at all. They are always good and send out replacements without question, however if I may make the suggestion that you find a better way to package for shipping, or find a new carrier...it's often a major inconvenience to have to wait for the replacements. Everything else is great, even the customer service regarding issues, you're so close to being the best around, seems with all that talent you should be able to fix the shipping problems!
