I applied for a credit account in January with this company. Received my order, paid for it straight away. No problems. I've not used it since, but have received regular, sometimes daily pop ups and emails encouraging me to buy from them . This evening I tried to purchase goods to the value of £62 , I was refused, bearing in mind my credit limit is or was £500 to start with.
I then emailed the company complaints department to ask if they could shed some light on this. My email was returned, apparently whoever was on the receiving end of the email,( it was a very polite email) my email was sent back unopened, my email address is blocked . I've never experienced anything like this before. How shabby. I'd have given no stars if that was possible.

I gave three stars for the customer service, not the actual products I bought. I find it rather worrying that my order was sent to the wrong address,by Bottle Bling.
Consequently I had to reorder both items again. Time consuming and annoying .

I never had a problem with this company until I moved . The meters in my new house were running meters.When I phoned to register as the new tenant ,I was put on a tariff without being told that I would have to pay to move utility companies in the first year. I'm stuck with them until October now.
Their website hardly works, difficult to access to make a payment. When i complained I was told to go to a cash point ,withdraw money, find a Paypoint store and pay there. This is in the middle of shielding during a pandemic .
Then I was bullied into having smart meters fitted. Also during a lockdown. I was meant to be shielding .
Never again, as soon as I'm able, without incurring a financial penalty I'll be leaving, and never coming back to this company

I am in receipt of a weekly food parcel funded by the government. I know the government guidelines as to what should be in the box. There is a marked difference as to guidelines and what is actually received. For the last 6 weeks the tin of meat has been a tin of Fray Bentos meatballs, disgusting, no nutritional value whatsoever. Yes there is rice and pasta every week. Loose toilet rolls, really? For shielding people? They've been handled by other people, can't be used.
No variation in the basics at all. Heaps of tinned beans, and Soups. Everything obviously thrown into that box. I could go on, rotten mushy carrots that had to be binned immediately. An absolute disgrace, this company should hang their heads in shame!!!!!!!!!!
