We have used their services this morning (30/09/25). Firstly they arrived early which is always good, the team then all introduced themselves personally, they also introduced themselves to our neighbour who was also impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and where additional protection to our property was required the did it without fuss. All very polite, very well mannered and very professional. A great choice of removal company
As we have come to expect when booking through Ginge, a seamless holiday experience. The booking process is simple, we told them what we wanted and they delivered. We had the legroom on the aircraft that we wanted, the meals and the flight times. The hotel was absolutely central and the pick up from the airport to the hotel and back again was perfect and could not have been easier. Ginge are in touch every step of the way. Until the next one

The agent first rang to make sure we w Ere still available and let us know he was on his way. We inspected the car together and he explained exactly what his plan was. Completed the repair then allowed me inspect the job with him. He was really personable and did a great job

Ginge provides a true concierge service. The booking was seamless and I got exactly what I wanted and what I booked. I was kept fully updated about any and every change to my flights in real time. My return flight was delayed by over 2 hours but irrespective of the time, Ginge were on top of it

I don’t know where to start. I have been a member for a week and I feel the full cost of my membership fee has already been justified and more. The Concierge team are amazing and definitely on top of their job. I loved being able to spend time with a Doctor and not be rushed. I also feel that they have found something significant that my local practice missed

We booked to go to Cyprus, 5 star all inclusive. Ginge Tours were in contact all through the process making sure we got the right hotel, the right flights etc. Communication was clear, understandable and timely. I had all my travel documents in plenty of time. Any emails I sent were dealt with speedily and professionally. I will be using them again

Disappeared with having paid so much yet get very sporadic reports. Some days, out of 12 possible reports I get 1 or 2. What I do get is useful and I like the reports I can generate

Neil, your fitter was in touch prior to fitting to confirm his arrival time and he kept to it. Once here he worked extremely hard, probably without a break. He was hard working, tidy and did a great job. I can’t commend him highly enough. He was very polite and personable. I will be coming back

I have tried to cancel my membership after 6 months worth of product but have now had it pointed out that the first 2 months doesn't count. The start kit which cost 157 euros is NOT a subscription order. 6 months actually means EIGHT months worth or orders. A very unhappy customer
