Decent service

Few minutes late but not too bad. Having no powerpoints on this National Express coach was a pain.
I don’t know if this is normally the case but it needs sorting.

I will pass on your feedback regarding the power sockets not being in service. This is not typically the case, and I apologise they were not in use. For future reference, you can approach the driver when it is safe to do so, to ensure he has the power switched on.

Despite this, it's great to hear that you enjoyed the rest of the service.
