Julia walked us through the buying…

Julia walked us through the buying process, gave us some tips about price negotiations, which we successfully used. She arranged our DIP on the same day. Every meeting was informative and she was always quick to respond to our many calls.
Julia arranged our mortgage in one week. She also advised us on protection insurance and arranged everything for us! Highly recommended! Thanks a lot!

Avoid completely

Avoid completely, they sent an email about renewal , which was found on spam after my policy was ended. When I try to call them, to arrange the payment for the second year, they say the policy will cost 3 times more than the renewal price, because I didn't contact them before my policy will finish. If you are a serious company why you can try to look after your clients and to be sure the clients received the renewal email or just to call them.
Scammers, avoid them completely!

Sorry you feel you have cause to leave a 1* review. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to prevent our emails going to our customers spam accounts due to the fact it may come from an email address that a customer hasn't received an email from before, coupled with the fact it comes with attachments (the renewal letter).
However, in addition to the email we send, we ALWAYS call our customers to chase their renewal decision - this is done at least 5 times on separate days before the renewal date including a call on the renewal date itself. The nature in how we chase and contact our customers for renewal ensures we have a high renewal rate. We strongly disagree with the part of the review that refers to this being a "scam". There is no way we would be able to keep trading as business if this was our practice as we would lose the majority if not all of our customers.
