The front office provided good assistance on where/how to book. Booking confirmation was communicated well. The change in booking was well communicated by phone which I appreciated.

Obtaining my history well before the meeting gave me confidence of the doctor’s preparations. I appreciated the same day booking opportunity.
During in person consultation, the doctor indicated that he had a conversation with his supervisor, something that gave me additional confidence in patient care.
The doctor was prepared, investigative of the root problem, focused and did not go on detour, objective, and honest with his assessment.
He explained every process/requirement clearly including what has to be paid. I felt well served.

Digura handled everything with the landlord. I was able to recover 100 % of my security deposit and additional reimbursements for utilities. I was kept updated throughout the process. The fee is also reasonable since I had a monthly membership.

The case was submitted to the Danish rent committe and Digura was successeful. I will highly recommend Digura if you have rental problems with the landlord.
