Beautiful product, challenging to get the right size.

The bras are beautiful and very good quality but I’m struggling to work out the right size, even with measurements. I ordered my usual bra size, and it didn’t fit, tried increasing band and reducing cup size, but first bra too tight and second ok around back but I’m getting ‘multiboob’ cutting in, not a good look. Bit defeated and don’t want to spend more or make my head explode with more measuring sadly.

Delivery was fast and perfect but installation trickier than I expected

Delivery was fast and perfect, and the product is quite good quality. Only gave 3 stars because the instruction video was confusing, and it was very hard to get a perfect finish around the edges, maybe more straightforward instructions would help (the CD trick really doesn't work)! So some wastage when I messed it up but now looks lovely!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, worst customer experience ever! Ordered a Hopkins Media Unit a couple of months ago which was supplied with a faulty hinge, so it was impossible to build (6 hours of trying different approaches to remedy the issue) as the doors would not align. I complained and a replacement hinge was sent, we replaced and the doors would still not align. I was told a technician could come and fix it. Homeserve had no appointments for a month so we waited. Technician finally came, stayed 30
Minutes, used a manual screwdriver to try and align the doors, told us there was a manufacturer fault which meant the unit could not be fixed then left. His report claimed that he was there for 60 minutes, replaced a hinge (outright lie) and resolved the issue. We have documented everything in writing and have date stamped photos to show the unit is faulty still. Made.com still (after months) refusing to simply take it back and provide a refund. I have NEVER experienced this kind of insane customer service in my life. You also cannot speak to a human being to resolve any issues, only instant messaging or email. Just avoid and go to a company which values their customers and wants to provide a good service. As requested by made.com, order/ref number 105341436

Hello, I have looked through the history of your complaint and I can see that the conclusion that was reached today was that we collect the faulty item and a full refund will be given to you.  I can also see however that there was quite some anxiety and inconvenience caused to you on the way so I really cannot apologise enough for that.  As an online company with no shop in affect, to return an item that has developed a fault, we must go through the process of sending a technician to you.  We are so very sorry for your experience though.  Thank you Joanna.

Horrific experience

Horrific experience. Had received a faulty tv unit from made.com, who also provided terrible customer service but said (after sending 2 broken hinges) that we could get a technician out to fix the issue. Technician came after a month wait (!) for an appointment. He fiddled about with a manual screwdriver trying to get the doors to align then clearly stated it could not be fixed and left after 30 minutes. He then submitted a report which claimed he was there for 60 minutes, had replaced a faulty hinge (he hadn’t, didn’t bring one and would have needed power tools) and resolved the issue caused by a manufacturer fault. Outright lies and terrible service after months of hassle trying to get this resolved and we have an useable piece of furniture sat in our living room. Do not use this service.
UPDATE so far Homeserve have twice promised to respond to my complaint and explain why their technician reported work that wasn’t done, first a week ago 6th May, then again this week Tuesday 10th. Both times I was promised a response ‘by 5pm’. Assuming this is just how they treat their customers, a month wait for an appointment then just avoiding the issue when there’s a problem.
