Do not order from this company, worst customer experience ever! Ordered a Hopkins Media Unit a couple of months ago which was supplied with a faulty hinge, so it was impossible to build (6 hours of trying different approaches to remedy the issue) as the doors would not align. I complained and a replacement hinge was sent, we replaced and the doors would still not align. I was told a technician could come and fix it. Homeserve had no appointments for a month so we waited. Technician finally came, stayed 30
Minutes, used a manual screwdriver to try and align the doors, told us there was a manufacturer fault which meant the unit could not be fixed then left. His report claimed that he was there for 60 minutes, replaced a hinge (outright lie) and resolved the issue. We have documented everything in writing and have date stamped photos to show the unit is faulty still. Made.com still (after months) refusing to simply take it back and provide a refund. I have NEVER experienced this kind of insane customer service in my life. You also cannot speak to a human being to resolve any issues, only instant messaging or email. Just avoid and go to a company which values their customers and wants to provide a good service. As requested by made.com, order/ref number 105341436
