Really bad service

I have been with this company just over 6 months , At first they were really good ,However the service is now shocking !!! You feel like you are dealing with 2 seperate departments , In just 8 months we have had 5 account managers , I then recieved a bill for over £10,000 saying that the prevoius people who lived in our house were not recording the meter reading correctly they were only recording 4 digits , so basicly I was responcible for the energy bill from before we moved in ,eclosed is email !!!

Thank you for the call earlier. I can confirm that the matter started with the previous tenants who lived in the property; they submitted 4 digits instead of 5. As a result, we need to recalculate your account.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let me know.
We will be going to the Ombudsman !!!! Im sick of writing to different people and being given false promises .

We moved house and we took on Aquiss as our Previous owner recommended them , We didnt need to call the recently , To be honest shocking service , do not care at all , Been off line 1 week now 7th day still not on , Will be leave to a more proactive company in November .

Good Morning Mike,

You absolutely 100% know what is going on and it's frustrating that yet again this morning I have repeated to you the same information, as I have personally done pretty much daily this week.

You reported an outage on your service to us on July 28th at 09:58am. This was logged with Openreach at 10:34am on the same day. An engineer attended your premises the following morning and reported at 10:46am that they could not complete the job due to a onsite hazard, this being a High Voltage cable being extremely close to the fibre cable placement.

Notes, as you know (as i've sent them twice) are as follows:

- Fault is still in progress with OR since a hazard is required to complete the job.
- Customers dropwire has come off the pole.
- Due to metallic dropwires running under the HV, I am unable to climb, HV above copper and fibre drop wires.
- Engineer was unable to test the light because CBT to close to HV on a wet day.

Whilst I understand your frustration your case is complex, the property install predates ourselves and yourself, but requires a specialist N11 engineer to survey the job and resolve this in a safe manner, especially with high voltage cables being present.

I really don't know how much more proactive you expect us to be. A fault logged within 30 mins and an engineer with you the next working day. The case is very much now with Openreach. You have also had the notes sent to you in detail.

The case remains tracked in our systems and being chased at least 3 times a day.

SHOCKING BANK , DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT

I have this morning tried to resolve a dispute with the bank Sabadell , This is money I should have been refunded 4 months ago , We moved Villa so moved bank , I closed my account and they promised me now the account is closed they would send €600 to my new account , I paid €25 for a certificate of ownership and still to this day im waiting for my money !!!!

In 45 years of banking , I can honestly say these are the most dishonest bank I have ever worked with , My account was closed as we moved premises in Spain and I had €600 left in my account , After 24 calls 17 emails I still get excuses why they havent sent my money !!! still to this day waiting !!! Please from my experience dont open a account with this company !!! really important people know of our experience !!! still dont have money

Shocking Service

I was with Sky Bet for 12 years , Recently they closed mt account without consulting me , Shocked at this I decided to join another site . I had £250 left in my account and requested this back and they have refused to give it me . The account as now been handed over to the gambling commission , This site will take all your deposits no problem , SKY how embarrassing for you !!!

Worst bank in Spain

We moved to another area of Spain and it was better for us to join another bank , Glad we did now they have refused to send me funds from my sabadell account €600 , I have sent all documentation needed and I have email conformation they have it all , The branch dealing with this is Los Alcázares, Spain , Spoke to several staff false promises !!!! Shocking service

What a Experience

What a Experience , I closed my account and they were to transfer £250 back to my account , I have been waiting 3 Months , I was advised top go to Live chat which is a Robot and basicley useless , Im still waiting for my money they keep ignoring me , I have at to now go to the gambling commision , I wont give up if anyone as any advice , In my experience Stay away from this site .

Shocking bank they have stolen my money , They closed my account but took the monthly fees out thinking because im in the UK I wouldnt follow it up , Im fighting now with the Banking Commision to get the outstanding money from my account

I have been on site for more than 10 years but I decided to close my account due to better prices on other sites. I have £250 to be withdrawn and they wonty let me have it because I Have closed my account , Im speaking to gambling Commision at the moment , I have sent them 15 emails and they keep ignoring me .

Please watch this site , My experience with these is shocking , I won £1100 on the 7th Of March , After calling UKGC and sending 18th emails as adviced they still havent paid me , I have sent ALL documents

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SITE s site explaning…

I wrote a review on this site explaning my experience with BET 442 , I was hope someone would call me back to resolve this matter but after contacting the UK betting commision its now esculated this serious matter, I placed a bet on the 7th and 9th of March 2025 and in total i won £1100 normally in the past i recieve my winnings in 24 hours , However its now 17th of March and I still havent recived my winnings !!! Shocking Company

Shocking Company , I went into Shrewsbury branch and not only did the branch manager shout in front of everyone about my bet but after the counter assistant confirm my bet was on, they refused to pay me !!! I will never walk in a Coral office again !!! I emailed headoffice not interested at all !!! This company is going backwards !!! I can only tell you my experience but Shrewsbury branch shocking .
