Bad Business practice

I placed an. order for a product on 2/16. I saw, on 2/19, that my cc was charged. By 2/29, I had not received the product, nor been advised as to what was happening with the order. I sent an email inquiring about the situation, and they did respond saying that the product was out of stock but was expected to ship at the beginning of April. Very bad business practice in charging cc before sending product, and also not advising customer that they have no product on hand.

Great Experience

I was very happy to find a product on this site that had been very difficult to located. Placing the order was easy, the prices are reasonable and delivery was very quick!

I placed an order from a shop located…in Pisa, Italy

I placed an order from a shop located in Italy in July. I was given an expected delivery date of 8/25. As of 8/31, I got nothing and the tracking number provided didn't offer any information. I tried to contact the seller but never got a response. Yesterday, I contacted Etsy and they immediately issued a refund. I later found out the seller is no longer selling on Etsy.

Big Fail on Delivery!

I ordered a jogger and hoodie on 12/9 as a Christmas gift. On 12/10, my credit card was charged and I got an email with a USPS tracking number saying my order was on the way. I had been warned, by the person that recommended this company, that shipping might take a while, but when I received such a quick shipping confirmation with a tracking number, I was quietly optimistic. It is now 1/4, and the item hasn't moved since 12/10! I've sent several emails - always receiving what appears to be a robo-email response, very cheery, just asking me to be patient. As of last week, when the item had still not moved, I sent yet another email. This time the response was that the item was lost and they attached an Affidavit that I was asked to sign. They promised to send another set - but also said if this one was lost, they would not be able to send it again. Don't know what that means since they charged my account and I have yet to receive anything! This company's products came highly recommended but this service is abysmal - and the fact that the emails are so robotic, it's clearly a template that they're cutting and pasting - oh, and after last week's correspondence, I was asked to provide a survey response to let them know whether I was happy with their customer service! Very disappointing experience!

Wow - Unbelievable Bad Service!!!!

Wow - I just came to this site and see that many of us are having the same problem! I placed an order on 11/27 - money was immediately taken and I was notified that shipment was sent on the same day. I finally received it on the 10th. Like many of you, though, I too was missing one pair of socks. I've gone back to look at my order and it still reflects having shipped out four pairs of socks. I have received no notice that the one pair was out of stock - nor was my account credited! I, too, have tried reaching out a number of times to no avail! I also wonder whether they really donate one pair for every pair bought - which, like many of you, is why I ordered from them in the first place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
