Same as so many other users

Same as so many other users , been playing collecting the eggs for absolutely ages years in fact on and off, finally gained enough to make a withdrawal worth the effort, cue not enough gems ...first I've heard that I needed them ..oh here it comes ..you only get that if your paying in , and now I'm getting the same maintenance message and can't even access anything.
Don't waste your time with it !

Voucher robbing … with update

Update.. March, Bulb never did reply to me as you can see they answered other peoples questions and complaints so looks like they not only robbed me of the voucher, and ignored my complaints but were all to happy to just claim it off the government though
Advertising No exit fee if you leave, eh well looks like its £67 from where I'm standing!!!!

I recently switched from bulb to another company on the 7th Feb.
As I was a bulb customer on the 1st bulb was the company responsible for issuing my £67 government voucher and I was advised to keep using my old key until the new companies arrived.
So I used the voucher on the bulb key only to find when I put into the meter it reads 0.00 despite the receipt saying successful.
Went back to the shop nothing they can do advised contact bulb so that's what I did.
Bulb basically washed their hands of it, as the switch had taken place the day before they had already closed the account and I was informed that key had been cancelled.
This left me with a unusable voucher as technically its already been "cashed", the £67 is missing who knows we're it's gone as the adviser I spoke to said they didn't have it and I don't have it and no way of topping up to retain supply until the new key arrived.
They suggested that I should add yet more money onto a dead key!!???
Luckily I received my new key this morning so I haven't be completely left without power with 2 small children in the house but that's down to pure luck then bulbs involvement, who would have been quite happy to have left me literally in the dark.

Getting the basics right

Easy to set up but there's where the service ended .
I set up 2 accounts for my children, at the same time , my oldest son's welcome pack came through instantly, waited a couple of days for my youngest son's there was no sign of it so I emailed custom support requesting it giving them the information I did have , after a further 5 days that went unanswered still no emailed pack , emailed again reminding them I'm still waiting on pack and policy number still nothing .
Have cancelled the direct debits now as without the pack I don't have the cancellation form either !
Like many companies they are likely to say it's the virus and staff reduced etc but the automatic acknowledge email clearly states expect a answer in 2 days ,
If you can't get something as simple as emailing the policy details and answering a enquiry , doesn't exactly fill me with confidence in trying to get potentially thousands back in 10 years time .

Have used window in the womb several…

Have used window in the womb several times in 2 pregnancies, have always found them to be friendly and put you at ease , I've had the early scans , well being and gender scans , they were correct with my middle son and will soon find out if they are correct this time .
My history with pregnancies hasn't always had a happy ending , so it's great to have somewhere where you can go to get the reassurance you sometimes need without having to justify or fight why you are asking , I've found appointment times to be very accommodating with later evening bookings which has aloud my husband to be there and a part of our journey , well worth the money for the peace of mind when you need it most .

Robbed of agreed refund

Just had my third run in with PayPal in acouple months, my other experiences with Chinese are all on here from afew days ago.
This time I recieved a damaged top from ebay, spoke to the seller who agreed they would refund me without needing to return the top , no problem opened case, recieved notification email from PayPal the seller has offered refund do I accept or decline, go to the case to respond. So I go to the case its saying response required, but there's nothing there about the refund, there's no accept or decline buttons but I can type a response. So I type I accept the refund offer hit submit, get an error message no explanation other then cannot be dealt with right now.
I tried for countless times over 3 days to accept the refund, no buttons ever appeared and no matter how many times I tried to type in I accept I repeatly got the error message, it was only for afew pounds and a top so decided it was never worth this much time and effort.
So I hit cancel case...Guess what????
Oh that button works, straight through, no delays, no errors, it asked why I was cancelling the case.. Told them exactly why and if they were that hard up for a couple quid then PayPal can keep it.. Yep that typed in and was sent just fine no problems at all.
Moral of the story, even if you have a decent seller trying to do the right thing, these thiefing g**ts, still make it as near as impossible to get your money back.

A scammers paradise!!!

Have used PayPal for years, up until recently I never realised how non existing their buyer protection actually is.
Ordered two items from Facebook ads thought I'd be covered as paid using PayPal, firstly had to open cases as not recieved as items took over a month, when they did arrive in both cases items where cheap nasty plastic poundland junk, changed cases to not as described. In both cases PayPal have taken the sellers side, one demanded I return fully tracked all the way back to China would have cost £9.50 and gave me 5 days to do so, quick enough tell me that after giving the seller over a month and 4 postponed resolution dates, the second case is still ongoing but going excalty the same way. I have now taken the cases to the financial ombudsman and see what he makes of them ignoring consumer rights act 2015. Oh and if your wondering what happens if you bring up your legal rights, they reply with they have their policies and then close the chat... So they are aware they are not UK law compliant and don't like that you know it.
Anyone reading this check how PayPal are accessing your account if its by direct debit your screwed, you can't do a charge back with your bank it can only be done with card purchases... Change your settings now!!!!!!

After telling the truth of my experience with this company and it being far from postive, and having to edit as
they reported it, all I can say is if you are a victim in a accident caused by their client and these people are dealing with the claim do seek legal advice as soon as possible,!

Stay away from instant ink!!!

Stay away from instant ink, you have been warned !!!!!
Having signed up to the 3. 99 plan to start with, we found that we weren't using as much as we first thought. There in started our problems.
1.the first time the ink ran out, and we got our first delivery, but we had only printed around 10 pages in months!!! Thought maybe the they had been faulty, not having the right amount of ink in, looking back now I highly suspect that they were returned cartridges from some other poor mug that had cancelled
2. After afew more months still not printing as much as we were paying for, decided to reduce our subscription to the 1.99 plan, the change took a month to change over, then the following month hp had charged us the 3.99 again despite printing no pages in that 2 mths. Email to complain about being over charged, no reply or refund so I decided to cancel all together.
3. Cancelling is a knightmare!!! The information and links you need are hidden deep on the website, almost impossible to find and again takes about a month to kick in.
4. The very expensive cartridges you have spent months paying for, they want you to send back!! And once the cancellation does kick in they stop working so you can't use the ink in them. Sorry hp I have bought and paid for them and the ink at an inflated rate compared to just buying a cartridge at the shop.. Jog on.
Just save your self the hassle and walk to the shop as and when you need ink...
