From call centre to the arrival of assistance was excellent. The assistant Paul:- ID 1106 Showed a high standard throughout the brake down and l was back on my journey with 30mins .

Review of P&O Ferries
Internet was poor, room was comfortable. Going on and off the ferry was quick as you would have expected. My friends scooter wouldn't start and had to be pushed off, he couldn't praise the help and efficiency of the staff enough to me.

I've asked to change my policy from one scooter to another, no problem. I've asked for a day cover to ride another scooter, no problem. I've been advised I could find a cheaper cover somewhere else, but would I change no.
