First time booking on Going, great deal!

This is the first time I booked a flight through Going and I’m so excited to be able to try flying Business Class to Europe for less than half the normal price on a mistake fare! I appreciated the reminder that even international airlines from the US have the 24-hr rule where you can cancel for a full refund if you decide it won’t work out after all.

The booking button was quick and I was glad Going had advised booking directly with the airline as there were other options listed. However, when I first read that advice, I was confused as to whether they meant I should actually log in to the airline website to book. Then I saw the list of options and chose the airline offer. Because Going had said to use the Book button to get the deal, it was confusing at first to also advise to book directly with the airline. I’m just saying this piece of the guidance might be made a little clearer.

I also had a glitch with Lufthansa kicking me out of my order after I had fully completed the booking up to payment, because it thought I might be a bot. I was using a VPN, so I turned it off and started all over. So glad there were no issues the second time and seats were still available! It would be helpful to have that caution from Going before trying to book.

But overall Going found a great deal and provided detailed guidance on booking. Fingers crossed the mistake fare doesn’t get cancelled! Thanks Going!

Wise has worked perfectly for me

Wise has worked perfectly for me. I used it to send a down payment for my apartment purchase in Europe, and now all my rental income is deposited directly to my Wise account. Vendors directly charge the account for services, and best of all, transfers to my USD bank account happen instantaneously!

Always more than happy to assist and make recommendations!

When I have a question and call for clarifications, the reservation desk is always more than happy to answer my questions and offer suggestions. For my recent purchase, Jessica made sure to capture all credits and discounts still owed to me from pandemic cancellations, and reminded me that the rebooking discount was good for one complete order, so more items booked at once received the discount! I highly recommend using the Vegas.com service.

Excellent service!

Maureen was so patient and helpful in explaining the credits and discounts available on our account, and finding the best seats for our party. I never felt rushed and was able to have all my questions answered. Looking forward to our Vegas visit!

Gracious and helpful

Although our original shows were cancelled during the pandemic, Vegas.com has been very gracious and prompt in rebooking using our credits and additional discounts made available due to the inconvenience. No waiting or run-around, they have been a pleasure to work with.

Amazing experience, easy to use

My first experience with a home exchange, and we went all out with 2 exchanges for our summer trip to Europe - it was amazing! The site was easy to use, the apartment in Paris and home in Zurich were as wonderful as they were described on the site, and I can’t say enough about how accommodating and helpful our hosts were. The Home Exchange customer service staff answered my questions quickly and accurately. I have no reservations wholeheartedly recommending the Home Exchange community, awesome experience!
