My order shipped right away and arrived sooner than I expected. Great selection of lamps! I don't ever purchase lamps at local home improvement stores anymore because they only stock 'dingy yellow' and 'blazing blue' lamps -- both of them look awful in any home.

I have been using Discount Magazines since 2013 for all of my magazine subscriptions. I've always received my first issues earlier than promised and all of my renewals have happened without any problems -- until now. It seems that Plane & Pilot magazine is having problems in their subscription department. So I finally got a chance to experience DiscountMags customer service. When I contacted DiscMags to report the problem they immediately contacted P&P to resolve my renewal problem. Long story short, I eventually contacted P&P myself (by waiting for 90 minutes on hold) and confirmed that the problem was with P&P, not DiscMags. P&P finally agreed to honor the renewal that was placed through DiscMags and all is good again. Through the entire process DiscMags always stayed in touch with me and offered to refund my purchase price several times. Excellent customer service :-)

We were so confused by all of the choices that a person needs to make when they are eligible for Medicare. I made the mistake of leaving our contact information with one or two companies that sell Medicare Advantage programs and we got the barrage of phone calls and emails of them trying to sell us something, but it seemed that the salesmen that would call us really didn't even understand what they were trying to sell us! It seemed more like telemarketers and spam than anyone who could actually help us. Not so with United Medicare Advisors. We worked with Aprill and she was excellent about explaining our choices, comparing plans, answering all of our questions -- it was actually an enjoyable experience! When we made our choice and signed up for a plan there was no 'buyers remorse' because we knew that we purchased the right plan for us. Don't give your contact information to anyone else -- you will regret it! United Medicare Advisors are the only people that you need to talk to. VERY SATISFIED customer!!

I always receive my orders when promised and the reviews on the B&H website are worth reading. They have a vast array of products in stock and they do an excellent job of keeping me posted on any products that they need to order. B&H is definitely my favorite place to purchase photo gear.
