Ordered food for 7.30 delivery which never arrived. And tried in the night to contact both just eat and the takeaway but got no response. Had to drive to takeaway and at 9pm we finally got our food which we collected

Promised a sofa by Xmas and I suppose I should not be surprised they have failed to deliver saying won't be ready until February. Yet 2 weeks before they said this u got a email saying it is being manufactured and delivery around 13th December. Do not buy a sofa from them

Terrible service. Poor communication. Left us without a working cooker for over 2 weeks. Cooker only 14 months old and has a major fault that we are having to pay for. DO NOT PURCHASE item from them you will have nothing but problems if anything goes wrong with it.

Just spoken to Cheery. And she has resolved everything for me. Great service. Shame this was not the case before.
