I ordered 3 tops according to their sizing guide.
Apart from taking a while two of the tops turned up, they only go over my head, can’t get them over my arms.
The company says I have to pay to send them back as there is no fault. The fault is the sizing is completely out by quite a few sizes. The other top has just been sent apparently and I have to refuse the order. What if the neighbours get it for me, that’s another payment. I have brought in line products from all different stores. This one is a joke!
I am really disappointed with their response. This particular top is made in china, their sizing is completely different to uk sizing. Measuring the tops they are more a 12 not an 18!
Don’t waist your money.

I always use Joules. Lovely clothes that last for years. Good customer service. I can always rely on Joules. I have brought everything from clothes, duvets, dog beds, sleep wear, kitchen items. I buy for family and friends and they all now have the Joules bug. I think I need shares in this company!
