Mark and the guys are always very polite and more than willing to talk about issues and faults that are typical of older cars. I had four tyres replaced at the Norwich branch recently along with oil and filter change. They always give an honest appraisal of the vehicle and recommendations based on necessity for safety reasons. I have been using thi branch for 2 years since moving from Poole and intend to for the foreseeable...Great stuff, well done

I had a very disappointing experience at Norwich. My car is valued at £3200 on autotrader , but for a quicker sale i was offered £2375 online and booked an appointment. I met the rep and she took about fifteen mins to check my peugeot 107 out. On a 12 plate 51000 , long mot new tyres air con, no rust etc, she found one little ding and a painted stone chip on the bonnet that was there when I bought the car 5 years ago...so ,,,,she then said due to those minor blemishes and the " admin fee" not mentioned prior, the car is valued at £ 1900....a cool 485 less than the online appraisal and a whopping 1000 less than market value. You can imagine, I swiftly got out of there and I'm selling my car for the right price privately...my advice. Be careful and don't allow them to mug you off, I didn't!! Very disappointed and was a total waste of my time

I ordered my parts online, straight forward, all good brands and saved on the discount code. In my opinion the parts are better quality than europarts for example I can't buy denso tt spark plugs at europarts. The delivery came in a couple of days, packed well with correct items. I use gsf much more often now as I find they are more reliable than europarts. Also in poole the quew that can arise at europarts is off putting, never an issue at gsf poole, good job I'm happy, all parts fitted, car passed its mot,, sound, thanks gsf
