Bad experience

I booked shift van to move my house, which could be stressful. I called them to cancel my move as the original date got changed. The guy on the phone said, my booking was not refundable and the full charges will apply to me.

I informed him i spoke to Chris and he said 48 hours cancellation policy will apply now you are saying different policy.

I called my bank and cancel the transaction. Not i am getting text message from them saying they will send debt collector to my house.

This company is joke and giving stress to many customers.

On a positive note, Georgia was helpful.

Never use this company and they are running Scam and have no idea for customer service.

I have checked your booking and can see that we processed a full refund for your cancellation before you left the review. As with any cancellation the disputes team investigated to ensure no mistakes were made with your booking and to also ensure you were certain about cancelling.

I am terribly sorry you feel it is the customer service that has let you down on this occasion as giving 5* customer service is something Georgia prides herself on. It is particularly disappointing knowing the time and effort she placed into making this right for you, that you still feel let down by the company.
