Birthday cake was easy to order on website. Showed all the details and information required. Checkout process was easy, though the website did have an update in the middle when i had items in basket and taking a few days to decide on the cake i wanted. But didn’t disrupt anything.
Collection was easy and quick. I came just before store closing and staff were friendly.

Quick delivery, well packaged. Items were well protected. Would buy from them again, as products are of high quality. Great gift idea too with the personalisation.

Good customer service. I asked about adding content insurance to my existing car insurance and it was quick and easy. Even though my car insurance is at my parent’s residential address and I have mow moved out with my partner at a different address. Adding content insurance came at no extra cost. Amazing service.

Ordered this item during sale and got an estimated delivery date. Was a bit in advance but I was happy to wait. Didn’t get much notification during the wait. Could easily forget. Then a day or two before the due dispatch date, they emailed me and said it was delayed for 2 weeks.
So if you need anything urgently, maybe don’t order with them.
Arrived well packaged. But quality wasn’t great. While assembling, broke the thin wood furniture.
