I was incredibly pleased with my hair treatment! I started to feel the difference even in the first few sessions. My hair looks fuller, healthier and more vibrant. Este Medical team is very caring and professional, they have been supportive at every stage. I definitely recommend it!

Absolute shambles, in the queue for oasis tickets, over 6 hours of waiting and finally got through, spent the best part of an hour selecting tickets that showed as being available to be met with the message "unfortunately we were unable to reserve your chosen seats". Joke of a website.
I backed a company called anywhere for a portable screen that can be plugged into a phone costing 279 USD, once my money was gone that was the last I heard. Ignored messages to seller and Indiegogo state they refunds are through the company no ot them. Avoid this company as there's a real chance you'll walk away with nothing, having lost your money.

I have been a Samsung customer for many years buying several smartphones, TV's etc having never had cause to contact customer services but recently did so regarding the Samsung Upgrade Programme. Having had my previous phone for over 12 months I should have been able to swap it for the latest model, however I was unable to do so online. Despite contacting Samsung via Facebook, Twitter, online chat, 2 emails and a phone call to investigate why I can't upgrade, I was ultimately just fobbed off with no explanation just that "I wasn't eligible for an upgrade yet". This has been going on for a couple of months with nothing from Samsung as an explanation. If this is how customer services is with this company I can probably say I've purchased my last Samsung product.
Website shut down without any notice to customers. I had several hundred pounds in vouchers and zeek credit. Cant see why as customers we aren't allowed access to the vouchers we own to be able to spend them. Terrible company.
