Wow what a great quality bath. It arrived ahead of the expected delivery date and the delivery driver was really helpfull. Over the moon with my purchase.

After ordering a new van .I waited over 18 months for it to arrive. At month 13 I was given a delivery date that came and went then again every month after a delivery date was given and missed. The company decals were removed on the old van as it was to be sold on.as a small business the van advertising is priceless and 4 months advertising was lost. After contacting nissan a £200 voucher was offered as (good will) this voucher was not for anything at the dealership ie like servicing so I suspect against a new vehicle lol. The customer service department just refused to escalate the complaint to management and said no futher action is to be taken.
If this is read by someone of authority in Nissan take a good hard look at your complaints procedure and remember people that buy cars and vans keep you all in a job and when you upset enough customers 1 day you don't have any customers because I for 1 will never buy another nissan after the bitter taste this has left in my mouth. Over the last 10 years I have bought 3 vans and 3 cars. Never again
