I was charged exorbitant interest rates of 29% and when I paid off the card and closed the account they continued to charge interest. They sent me a refund and then charged me interest. Deceptive practices! I called and spoke with a person both times, once to close and get final payment and again after they continued to charge me interest after closing.

I can find older books in good condition, at Thriftbooks, that can be hard to find.

I received just what I ordered in good condition and quite quickly.
