Poor communication and customer service

Poor communication and no customer service. Didnt arrive when indicated and had to contact Dyas to get any update.
Article then sent direct by third party. Over a week after receipt I get a false tracking reference. Again.
Would not use again.

Terrible customer service

Have been with Std Life for years. Never had reason to contact them until I wanted my pension cashed in. Took them 6 weeks with no updates or acknowledgement in that time. Complained and got nowhere. Presume they are all 'working from home'.
Dreadful service.

Delivery tracking not working from…

Delivery tracking not working from Gtech's own email. Need to use different number, supplied by customer service. So why put it on?
