Awful service -don’t use this company …

Awful service -after a failed attempt at delivery I couldn’t call a human being - was told to manage parcel online after waiting 40 mins to connect via we chat . I requested Friday delivery nothing turned up after waiting another 20 mins to connect to a web chat I was disconnected by the adviser as I couldn’t type fast enough. Waited another 20 mins to connect again to be told it’s still at the depot. I Waited in again Saturday nothing delivered. Would not recommend using this company as the customer service is disgraceful if things go wrong! Back to trying again on Monday to speak to an operator to locate my parcel which as now taken over two weeks to deliver
