What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company, my wife has been waiting for her claim for 18 month now, and is still no closer to getting it after a million phone calls wasting her own time. This could not have been a simpler case, someone crashed into her, wrote car off, accepted full liability, simple right. But no, the shear incompetence of this company is staggering, my wife has had treatment for back pain, we've had to buy a new car, and yet it transpires the claim still hasn't even been submitted, because someone left the company. Steer clear at all costs.
