A terrible and quite frankly awful experience of a cake
How they can produce such a hard sponge is quite frankly unbelievable
I did provide feedback but clearly no compensation was offered. I also provided photos of the layers of sponge that were more like doughy slabs

Well after years of successful orders im sad to write this review.
12 Days to receive my ordered battery !!!

5 notifications from DX EXPRESS but didn’t come anywhere near the property
2 batteries returned to sender.
Now you could blame the delivery company yes they’re at fault. But Tayna say they won’t use company’s that have a poor delivery service in a certain area. They also advertise next day delivery.
No compensation was offered despite me asking.
They appeared to have blocked me on messenger so I couldn’t communicate with them and today I can’t access them on Facebook but can on a second profile. Strange that blocked me on messenger and Facebook because THEY provided a poor service on this occasion
That just stinks in my view

Plus when I complained as they sent the second battery out with the same delivery company DX express. They also said one had been despatched by yodel for Saturday but I amazingly received no tracking details.
This shopping experience was full of lies and nastiness in blocking me from
Media platforms and messenger.
Tayna own up you made a complete mess of handling a very poor service.
Don’t treat your long standing customers like fools I don’t appreciate it at all
