We have used DT Browns for years with no previous issues. Always had a good display commented by neighbours, friends and family. This year, sadly, was not the case. Delivery was shocking with the courier carrying the boxes upside down resulting in damaged plants. We tried to rescue as much as possible but it was not good. We reported and fed this back to DT's and we received a very automated and scripted response which consisted of a "we are sorry to hear there was an issue with your order" (felt there was no sincerity, considering the hundreds of pounds we have spent over the years) and they sent replacement plants, which were not what we originally ordered. They arrived but we're dry as a bone and not in good condition. We ended up visiting our local garden centre to replenish what we were short of to complete our garden show, which was additional cost, time and inconvenience. Really feel let down by DT's as considering the loyalty we have shown over the years.
