Excellent price for Converse Chuck Taylors - 99p for next day delivery to boot (arrived late morning, no issues via Royal Mail). Undercutting the competition by anywhere between £15-25. So refreshing to find good value and service. Buy with confidence.

Like others, I wish I had researched more before buying. Having placed an order weeks ago, my experience has not been good. The stated delivery window will not be met and I have been offered a much later date by the courier firm. There is no way of contacting the company by telephone, and email communication is entirely sporadic at best (with non-committal and generic responses, as highlighted by others). The responses to Trust Pilot reviews also appear entirely generic and, perhaps, as someone else suggests - AI generated. I also notice prices fluctuate and numerous flash deals popping up offering further discounts on already discounted items, which makes me suspicious. As another reviewer says - they entice people to purchase, but can't fulfil the orders they have. I have now requested an order cancellation as we just do not feel comfortable with proceeding based on our experience to date. I anticipate a long and arduous fight to get that done, sadly.
