I’d just like to say a special thank you to Nicola @ Flamingo Gems. I’m honestly speechless describing my complete & utter joy receiving & opening my partners Colombian Emerald Diamond Moi Toi. It is out of this world, what the ring means, design, setting, craftsmanship. Everything is on point and all individually accompanied with certification for piece of mind. This isn’t just a piece of jewellery, this is an heirloom that’ll be passed down in my family. For that extra mile Nic included cleaning solution polishing cloths & biro. I would 100% recommend this amazing woman & company to everyone looking for that statement piece.

Bone idle customer service.

I thought I’d treat myself to a Martinez hammer late last night, about 2hours after I placed my order on Sunday evening I’d noticed I’d purchased an M4 handle with the intentions of an M1 build. I contacted them straight away last night before I went to bed so I knew they had the email to come into first thing this morning hoping it could be easily swopped out for the one i intended to buy. Only to receive an email thismorning basically saying they couldn’t be bothered to check a grey sack with 25 hammers in to find my order and exchange handles. They did offer to exchange the handle once I’ve received the handle after waiting for it to be delivered paid again to have sent back, wait for confirmation, pay for new delivery and then wait again for delivery of the one I thought I’d bought. Overall very lazy approach to a customer who’s just spent £450 on a hammer as a treat. This item will be getting sent back and I’d never use this company again with this approach to mistakes made I just don’t think it’s acceptable to be honest. I’d also like to add if you was in a shop 100 percent would have spoken in the same manner your dealing with tradesmen not solicitors so please don’t make presumptions on my behalf. Fact is at 9am thismorning the item was still in your possession and you could have done something about the situation but you chose not to. In my opinion this is the definition of BAD customer service! If anyone does use this company god forbid you click the wrong item so please check because they will make you pay further to rectify this.

We replied to this customer when we opened our office this morning to explain our packing team had already packed & dispatched this order pre 8am. Monday morning we have a lot of orders from the weekend & emails to go through.

We explained we would happily exchange the item he had ordered in error but the fact it had already been packed & dispatched mean't we couldn't retrieve it to repack it for him.

It was not through laziness and all our other regular customers will know we have excellent customer service. Please see all the other reviews on Trustpilot.

This customer was also incredibly rude on email to us . If we were spoken to like this in a shop we would have politely asked them to leave. We don't accept being spoken to badly by customers & are happy not to have any further business from this customer as a result.

All this because he ordered the wrong item and we offered a way for him to resolve it which wasn't as instant as he hoped for

If I could give Zero stars I would

If I could give Zero stars I would.

Returned a faulty item and having proved its faulty they still want to keep me waiting 30 days to decide whether I’m due a refund or not.£128.90 When phoning up to speak to the person I emailed 5minutes ago he’s miraculously not at his desk. Ofcourse. Be the last time I order anything from these guys and I’d recommend to anyone not too yourselfs because if anything is wrong with them you’ll have a hard job getting your money back whilst they still have your faulty item. They state if I’m not happy they arnt happy - what a load of rubbish.

Waited in all day for delivery to come…

Waited in all day for delivery to come first occasion, an now saying attempted delivery with no communication to say so. I’m actually in so no they haven’t attempted delivery. No they haven’t left a card and no I have no way of contacting them 11am on a Saturday. 🤦🏻‍♂️
