It was nice to be able to ask a question of a professional. However, before taking the car for a repair on the problem identified (door lock actuator), I stopped to think. I wondered if the battery could part of the problem. Called AAA and had a battery check done. The new battery resolved the problem with the door lock. Perhaps the Just Answer mechanic will suggest that be checked for future switch or electrical problems.

I used the printed catalog to browse merchandise. Easier than searching the website for me. Products are as described, although directions for the garden implement are not clear. That is not Miles Kimball’s fault. Items were nicely packaged and received in a timely fashion. Prices are affordable.

I received a timely notification that the icon I wanted to purchase was back in stock. The online ordering process was easy and I felt it was secure.

Received two out of three items ordered and they are very nice. The placement of the bubble wrap was a little slipshod, but all arrived safely. The third item was not included due to unavailability. No indication in the box, or via email, as to why the item was not included. I had to ask.

Library Trustees Association should not be included with my name. The organization did not place this order. I don’t know why it is attached. Very nice catalogue and selection. Easy to order online. Prompt delivery.

I have worked with Natalie at MailWorks for the LTA July 2018 and October 2018 newsletter mailing. She gladly explained the mailing process to me and suggested items I should check with the Postal Service. Natalie provided a name list to give me a usable list until I could provide an update. She responds quickly to questions.
