I booked a boiler service with Baxi back in September but it was cancelled the day before and rebooked for nearly a month later in October. It was inconvenient as it was my in office day and my partner had an appointment so I had to WFH and miss some in person meetings. I was promised a call before 10am to say when they would come but that never happened, and then the engineer just never showed up, so I missed in person work for an appointment that never happened. It's been rebooked again for 28th October but given it was originally booked for 20th September and the communication has been poor this is very disappointing. We may even now be not covered by various insurance as it's been more than a year since the last service, but given I arranged this over 6 weeks ago this is not a lack of planning on our part. So far all we seem to have done is given Baxi an interest free loan for a service that has been cancelled twice. Very poor service.

I had some issues with a jumpsuit marked the wrong size and customer service were absolutely fantastic and managed to sort it out quickly and professionally, and without me having to pay extra postage costs. I got the item I wanted and was very happy with the experience. I also love the clothing from Joanie, high quality clothes which fit well. Great all round!

I decided to try Anorak after getting rejected for critical illness cover a couple of years ago because I have a pre-existing condition. I had the same lovely customer service representative, Paige, all throughout getting advice and applying. She listened the the problem I encountered last time around, was super helpful and professional, found an appropriate level of cover and explained it well and I didn't even have to get a GP report! Excellent customer service, I accidentally ordered too many valves and within about a minute of ordering I had an email checking to see if I'd ordered incorrectly and they fixed it straight away. I also needed to make sure my delivery came on a particular week day and this was easy to do at no extra cost (note next day delivery and weekends do incur charges). The item came as expected in good condition and looks great now it's been fitted in my bathroom. Thank you!
